Note From The Founder
When I first got into real estate my top priority was to surround myself with successful, reputable and hard-working partners. In an industry saturated with realtors with all sorts of motivations, I set out to establish myself as a trusted partner. I’ve found tremendous success being an honest, hardworking advocate for my clients and it has become the foundation from which KV Realty has been built. Expanding the team meant finding like-minded professionals that put client needs above all else. I’m proud of the group we’ve assembled, and I’m honored to call them my teammates. Together, we have over twenty years of experience and an unlimited amount of passion and energy for serving and supporting our clients.

Kyle Valliere
Real Estate Advisor & Team Leader, Construction Owner
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Kyle takes tremendous pride being an active member of the community. Early on, Kyle immersed himself in every aspect of real estate including new construction, remodeling, and investment properties, showing his passion for real estate. His experience and track record for success have helped him to build an extensive network. Family and community are cornerstones of Kyle’s life which drives his passion for helping people find their perfect home or investment. Kyle holds a BS in Finance and Accounting in addition to being a licensed realtor in both New Hampshire and Florida. When Kyle isn’t out combing the market for great opportunities or studying the latest in home and economic trends, you will find him on the ice rink or running with his beloved boxer, Millie.

Michael Poisson
Real Estate Advisor
Michael has been passionate about Real Estate his whole life. Michael was born and raised in Manchester, NH and started his Real Estate career with his first purchase at the age of 23. Over the next three decades he was able to purchase and sell several properties all over the State of New Hampshire. These properties include Single Family Homes, New Home Construction, Multi Family Investment Properties, Condos, and Foreclosures. His experience also includes purchasing Multi Family to Condo Conversion: purchasing Distressed Properties and updating to Sales conditions to Flip, as well as experience and knowledge with the process to Subdivide land to build. His love for Real Estate has transpired into becoming a Real Estate Agent and to share his passion with Buyers and Sellers to make their experience as smooth as can be and to exceed their expectations. Michael’s top priority for his Clients is to maintain continuous communication while having complete transparency throughout the entire transaction process. Michael’s vast experience in all these areas and love for Real Estate make him the best choice for your Buying and Selling needs.
Phil Dion

Another KV Realty team member is Phil Dion. Phil was born and raised in southern NH. He is an investor in the Manchester area and got his real estate license to help others learn about the power of investing in real estate. Phil has a chocolate lab named Moose and a cat named Leo. During his free time Phil is an avid traveler and enjoys experiencing different cultures around the world.

I have done this many times for myself, and my business. Now I want to help others with the process. It Is a tough market out there, it Is best to have tough people in your corner.
I love helping and serving people. I recently retired from a full career as a Firefighter/EMT. I am a proud veteran of the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division 1/504 Parachute Infantry Division. I have spent my adult life serving my country and community, I look forward to my next chapter in real estate, helping buyers, sellers and investors find their perfect property.
I have a unique set of skills that has helped me in my own real estate investment career. I am a Master Electrician. I have worked in the trades since a young boy. I learned this trade working on distressed properties in the City of Boston. My goal was to learn what it takes to make an old house shine, and that’s what we did. I was also on a team that negotiated labor contracts while serving as Vice President of Local 1116 . In 2020 after 17 years in business my wife and I decided to move out of the City and up to beautiful Candia NH. The move was a big step for us. We parked our camper in Hampton Falls and spent two summers exploring Southern NH getting to know most of the towns before deciding on Candia.
Since then we started another business. Buying distressed off market properties and making them look new again. It was here I was bitten by the real estate bug. I love the search for a perfect place seeing the value in a property making it look new and renting it to great people.

It was doing this that I was familiarized to just how tough this market is and some of the tricks to make sure we won our offers and searched all types of purchases FSBO, Off Market, Door Knocking, Coming soon’s etc.. Finding that edge that finds the best property and also secures a solid offer.
I am very excited to get to join Kyle's team at KW Metro. I am excited to help buyers, sellers, investors find their choice properties and to be a part off a team that knows not only how to win the deal but also treat our clients throughout the stressful process. Nick Barrett
Design Consultant/Drafter
Nick has worked in the design, remodeling, and construction world for roughly 10 years for a design/build company out of southern New Hampshire as well as on his own. Born and raised in Concord, New Hampshire, he has known since childhood that his career and goals would revolve around changing people’s lives for the better through design. Homes are the center piece of peace, joy, and relaxation in our lives, and Nick strives to manifest the concepts and dreams of homeowners into reality. Nick studied for a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts between 2009-2013 and went right to the construction industry after returning to New Hampshire. His designs range from historic homes to modern contemporary, and anything in between including new construction and renovations. He has a cat named Toast and in his free time enjoys traveling, working on cars, and spending time with friends and family.

As a resident of Southern New Hampshire I know first hand the beauty this state has to offer. I’ve had an extensive career in customer service for over 15 years. The exceptional experience that I provide to my clients is a reflection of my past roles in customer service along with my strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Sarah Gatzoulis
Team Transaction Coordinator
Sarah joined the Keller Williams Team in 2017 as the Market Center Transaction Coordinator. She serves as the point-person for our clients once they are under contract for the purchase or sale of their home. Sarah provides detailed communications regarding next steps and monitors our timelines closely to ensure important contract deadlines are met. She is passionate about customer service and is dedicated to providing our clients with a smooth, stress-free real estate transaction. Sarah holds a BA in Business and Economics in addition to a New Hampshire real estate license and a certification in Project Management.
Cassidy Riendeau
Digital Marketing & Website Developer
Cassidy has worked in the digital marketing world since creating her own business, Wicked Social, while in college studying Business Management and Applied Analytics from Bryant University. She has combined her interest in real estate with her professional experience in digital marketing to help KV Realty grow brand awareness, launch an informative and useful website, and manage the business' online presence.
Cassidy has first-hand experience in working with KV Realty while purchasing her first multi-family investment property.
